WHOLESALE: 2003 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 in fair condition. Clean title, 41,491 miles. Cranks but doesn't start - tank lining is rusty and gas smells ancient. Has some wear / tear typical of the age and mileage. Couple of nice ad-ons including a Mustang seat and Cobra exhaust. Has not been through our shop yet and is therefore being sold as-is with no warranties given. $995 + sales tax and title fee.
